Coir Twine
Coir twine is manufactured from the fibrous part carefully extracted from the coconut husk, this is a 100% organic and renewable resource.The standard twine has a maximum breaking strength up to 100lbs. Our twine comes in 2 or 3 plies depending on customer requirement and may vary in thickness from 3.5mm to 12mm.
For the purpose of high strength and required finish, twine is supported with an inner thread of polypropylene/cotton/polyester as per the customer requirement.

Description
The different methods of fibre extractions affect the strength and quality of coir. Grow by Coco’s fibre is carefully extracted under strict supervision of Grow by Coco’s experienced specialists. We use the finest grade of bristle fibres in order to process our twine specially dedicated for hop plantations. Grow by Coco employs consultants and specialists with more than 30 years industry experience entirely dedicated to coir twine manufacturing.
We too specialise in coir twine used for oyster and sea squirt cultivation widely used in Korea and other Asian countries. simultaneously the same product is used for agricultural activities and vineyards for many fruit crops which need vertical and horizontal climbing support of strings. These twines are transported in rolls the fibre hair can be removed depending on the farming requirements.
Another potential use of twine is for greenhouses, gardening and decoration purposes. Tensile strengthened, flexible and compostable twines are available in different colours which can decorate household gardens.
